Not bad. It's all "service with a screen" now and not "service with a smile" however the food was decent enough, although getting more and more costly for what it is.
They started selling halal only chicken about 6 weeks to 2 months ago (that's when I first noticed the sign in the drive through window). You can taste the difference. They need to use more sauce to cover up the taste. It definitely doesn't taste as good as it did. Thank god parking is available again outside Kempston KFC. save your time and don’t bother coming here guys. The customer service is awful and they talk behind you thinking you’re dumb and won’t realise it. The food used to be fresh too but now it’s just dry and cold. Will never bring my family here again.
