If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They delivered me the wrong pizza. When I called and asked them to deliver me the the correct order they refused because I had taken a bite already. This may suggest that they were going to redeliver this pizza to someone else after if I had not taken a bite . They were outrageously rude, unprofessional, and insulting. they called me an d**khead and a mother f***er, and considering their website states that they have “polite and friendly staff” this could not be any more of a lie. To top it off is was cold as well. Avoid this place at all costs as you do not know where your food has been before delivered to you.

Vile pizza, ordered x2 pizzas, nothing Bella about my order, was late, no answer when I called twice, didn’t even bother to call back, didn’t see a hot food bag, driver just pulled out of his boot, didn’t taste fresh when I got it, tasted stale and there was a funny smell coming from mines if you live more than 4 miles away from this place don’t bother ordering, will not be ordering again, in fact will be trying to get a refund from Just Eat, a waste of nearly £28! Will go to the chains next time.

Ordered twice from here now and I've not been disappointed, food always arrives quickly and the milkshakes are amazing ? After waiting 2 and a half hours for food to be delivered from another restaurant, we decided to order from Bella Pizza instead and it came in half an hour. Will definitely order again.

Cancel your order an hour after placing it. Normally not one to leave bad reviews but hunger does that I suppose………..
Food is good but customer service needs vast improvement, telephone manners are beyond shocking!!!!

Pizza took 2 hours to be delivered, no warning and were not sorry in the slightest. Food was cold when it finally arrived

I've had terrible food poisoning since eatting from here. I've eaten nothing else in the last 48 hours and even before that, there is nothing that would cause this. It was definitely my pizza. I did wonder when I tried to eat some slices, as they smelt and tasted strange, so I couldn't bring myself to finish it. I thought it was my senses being off, or perhaps the mix on the garlic bread. I can only assume it's the ham that is gone off. I tried to call several times last night and today with no answer. I can't find any other means to contact them. I will be avoiding from now on. I suggest unless you want to be crippled with pain and bringing your guts up, you should avoid too!
