Got the order wrong twice. Gave up trying to fix it. Pizza didn't taste nice, and toppings were missing.Will never be going back, so many better places for pizza.No wonder why dominos have reduced the price of there pizza's

Over 3 hours and still waiting for an order containing 1 pizza and 2 sides. After 1 hour and a fake delivery notice, store said the order was still out for delivery. After 2 hours, the manager said the driver will be a couple minutes. After almost 3 hours, worker said they'll send a new one with a coupon after delivery was denied (we have a video doorbell, this is untrue).Poorly managed.

Stupidly ordered a pizza and bits for home delivery but it never arrived. Rang them and they said they had been to the house and there was no reply and wee didnt answer the phone either. Utter rubbish, never happened at all .. I wouldnt ever bother with this lot if you want a take away , horrific and a waste of time.

Took over an hour to be delivered, 4 adults, 4 children so big order which is understandable - £114.88 to be exact. Food kept saying delivered online but wasn’t. When it came it was only mildly warm, not great for us but perfect temp for the kids to tuck in.9 year old shouted “ERGH, there is a hair” in the 1st pizza.I said that couldn’t be the case and as partner took a bite from his pizza he looked at me and pulled a hair from his mouth. Other two adults found 5 hairs from theirs. We didn’t even want to eat the sides… rang up and spoke to a manager and stated asked if we wanted new pizzas or a refund, I said refund. Well an HOUR later and 3 pizzas turned up! Doubt we’ll be getting our refund now!

My God.... How wrong you can run a business. The service is dreadfully appalling. How are these people still in business. Don't bother ringing them because they constantly hang up on you. The food arrives stone cold... And the order is completely wrong.....They are so rude. Please done buy from them. Find somewhere that'll treat the customer with respect.

I placed an collection order and when I got to the store to collect my order the service was impeccable the staff welcomed me with warmth and my food was hot and in perfect condition.

DISGUSTING, after over an hour wait, app said delivered yet still in store… multiple hairs found on a ‘warmish’ pizza!!!! Store manager was vile, so rude, after a big heated talk he offered us a refund. An hour later the door bell goes and another 3 pizzas turned up!!! Rang up and store manager then said he wasn’t refunding us he was offering more pizza. I told him I would ever eat it again after finding multiple hairs in the pizza…. Even my 9 & 6 year old were horrified and disgusted!! Now no refund and no dinner! Even have videos of us pulling bits of hair out of the insides of the pizza. REVOLTING.
I ordered my food in store and the staff were well informed and welcoming. I received my food hot and fresh. 100% recommend to everyone.
