Whats not to like, its a McDs and you get what you always get but I did interact with the staff who were very friendly and helpful wiht the App. Don't get that interaction much now with new ordering

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too! I ordered a happy meal with an orange juice, and then a wrap with another orange juice. They charged me for five orange juices, tried to refund me with cash even though I paid with card and told me if I wanted a refund through card I would have to come in (I went through Drive-thru.) I waited so long for my refund that my food got cold. Just an all around unprofessional vibe, would not recommend. Can’t see my refund in my pending transactions either.

Very slow service ordered breakfast well before 11 am cut off for lunch but due to waiting it was 11.05 when i collected food and after waiting at the window for further 10 minutes was asked to wait in car park for food as they weren't doing breakfast anymore . I thought the food hadn't been cooked at that point and would of expected it to be hot but I was wrong cold and looked like it had been chucked in the bag most of it went in the bin disgusting definitely won't use this mcdonald's again !!
