15/02/24Customer care manager was amazing helping me with my order when there was a problem. Ordered a breakfast wrap through the drive-through, but when collected I received a bacon roll and a hash brown.Went inside and told them what had happened, I was attended to buy the customer care manager who sorted this out promptly, and gave me the breakfast wrap and even added an extra hash brown for the inconvenience.Lovely lady, and I’m happy with my experience here :)

We listened to the hype and eagerly awaited the return of the breakfast wrap .. but we were left so disappointed! .. the omelette has been replaced with the usual tasteless mcdonalds egg! .. oh McDonalds, why fix what isnt broken?
