Great music venue, has a big back bar area with a pool table and dart board. Also this area has a raised stage for bands to play on. The fire is always on in the front bar so is warm and cosy.

We've been here to enjoy numerous afternoon and evening meals, great staff , drinks range and the food is perfection.

Just passing through and visited this place was very different to what I'm used too but staff was friendly and lots to look at

Awful pub. The only person worth talking to was rob, he was so funny, the best they had! Everyone else was so rude, would never recommend to a friend. Traveled from far just to see rob and this pub and was so let down at the atmosphere and people, I wish rob was still there, I will go wherever he is!

Great traditional old pub, friendly natives, good beer and friendly staff. I've drunk in this pub literally for decades and it has recently changed hands but it's still a great pub and one of the few places that has live bands. Keep up the good work ?

Looks a little rough from the outside, but staff are always lovely and friendly and the drinks are cheap enough .... Slightly dead throughout the week but Saturday can have the odd busy night with some live music for example

The pub is fine but the owner Dan has a strong odour of urine

Small but mighty. Great character, clearly hosted a good few bands over it’s time. Had a band I manage, Indecisive, play there last night. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff – not to mention the expert handling of a drunk guy who was getting way too close to me and my friends – was top tier. I think they were called Jodie and Ben; can’t recommend them enough. Ben really did provide the lead singer the freshest water, so thank u Ben.

Even though I turnt up in a floral skirt I was welcomed and the service was 5 Star. Friendly and polite x :)

Honestly thought this was going to be a nice pub, but unfortunately it's full of teenagers and men that think they're teenagers, would not recommend unless you fit in to those categories

friendly, caters to over 21's to 121's. don't take any nonsense but are very fair. allow personality traits from 21,s to 121,s along as others can tolerate them. staff always make you feel special.
