The girl who is wearing mask is Sooo sooo rude towards customers and the rest of the girls as well….the staff is sooo sooo bad towards us….very worst behaviour i have ever experienced in UK……I asked for my order(that how long it takes ?i polite way) they said let the owen beep or else u can goooo….what the hell? Is this the way the talk to the customers….???? Bought a vegan sausage roll from here and was quite unwell after it. On reflection it could have been because a member of staff had put all the baked goods from the shelf on to the counter below and was dusting the area over the food. Have seen this happen before. Disgusting. Also don't know why anyone bothers to pay as I have seen people walk in, pick what they want from the fridge, leave without paying and the staff do nothing. Not going back.

Went in to buy lunch for my daughter for the following day, without asking the woman behind the till just put it in the toaster, when I said I didn't want it toasted she said she already done it and can't be exchanged now. I told her that toasted it's no good to me for the following day as it will go hard and she just said yest and continued toasting it. I have already payed at that point so told her to take it out and I almost had to have an argument with her to hand it over since she wasn't going to exchange it. I asked her if she is actually expecting me to walk out without what I payed for and she just snapped that I should have told her I didn't want it toasted. I'll just go Tesco next time.

I ordered from this multiple times the first time my sandwich was soggy and then just hoping maybe it’s just a one time thing but I’ve ordered again and it’s just unacceptable at this point I’m paying for a sandwich that seems like it’s just been on the shelf for days I expect high quality and if not atleast fresh food.

A little on the expensive side and a person just jumped right in front of me in the queue but the staff member, who clearly saw it didn't say anything. Good quality ingredients in my baguette and the salad was 100% fresh.
