Nice fresh sandwiches and pastries. The Luton branch needs to display that their chicken and beef is halal. I didn't know until the person at the counter told me.Very polite staff though. ?
The manager gave us a free donut for waiting for the patties. Bless her, she was very apologetic as well and thanked us for waiting. Great customer service and very friendly in that store.

A little on the expensive side and a person just jumped right in front of me in the queue but the staff member, who clearly saw it didn't say anything. Good quality ingredients in my baguette and the salad was 100% fresh.
