This is one of the finest Indian restaurants I've eaten food from. The service was exceptional and the food the best. I'd never had duck in a curry before but it was delicious and our roast lamb dish was superb, with no fat or gristle. Thank you, we will return.

We had an excellent meal on a very quiet Tuesday evening. Took advantage of the Gourmet night deal which was very good value at £14.95 per person. It would have been nicer if there more diners but service was friendly and efficient. We'll see be back!

Always a delight and really good food, staff always friendly and chatty, when it’s hot they always offer me a drink for free whilst I’m waiting for me food if I arrive early, never had a bad meal from here, so affordable and better priced if you order direct from their website and not from the just eat app, I always collect as it’s only takes a couple of minutes for me to get there I seriously can’t complain about anything from getting a takeaway from this place. Highly recommended from our family!Kid-friendliness: Always offer the children something nice for free and very polite to them, they also always talk to them and don’t just pretend they aren’t there like other places. We haven’t ever ate inside so I can’t comment on if they get anything to do whilst in there we just collect our takeaway.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp so you get use for wheelchair access.

We just completed a HUGE takeaway order with them for 18 people. Very generous helpings, v friendly service on collection, lovely food , extra food too, yum! Not a single item was missing from the order either. Thank you. We will be back

THE NEW OWNERS ARE HORRIBLE - The man was very blunt on the phone and rude while we were making the order, we checked it while the delivery driver was still here thank god as we was missing half the order, when we rang up to say he said it was in fact all there and we were wrong so we put the delivery driver on the phone to tell him exactly what was unpackaged in front of her and that things were indeed missing, at first he was dismissive of her thinking she was a customer before he realised who she was aswell ? he then offered no discount and wanted further money for what was missing from the order, in what world one chicken biryani and a curry is £25 alone I have no idea but he then wanted more for the rest. We ended up saying to sod it and gave the food back to the delivery driver and took the money back. We live and work in a public house and a whole room full of our regulars heard how rude this man was (the phone was on speaker because my mum is hard of hearing) and all of them have said they will never order from you again or ever try you because of how disgusting your attitude was to a paying customer. You could have gave us a discount and been polite about it when it was your mistake and made atleast some money but instead now you’ve got to put food in the bin and make nothing, also you’ve made yourself known to a whole room of people who like to go out to eat in the area as rude and undeserving of their business… as someone who has worked in the public sector for years you’ve not got good business sense ?

Tonight was the final time I will eat at this restaurant. The service was appalling so slow it was ridiculous, some of the food was cold and had got sent back twice. Lastly after adding up what we paid and what the bill actually came to it turned out we were overcharged by just over £16. The manager then said we could have the money back or he can keep it as a tip, due to half of my party had paid and left already, we decided to let him keep the money but we will not go to the Clifton Cuisine again.
