Came here on New Year's Day for a sandwich! The guy working was great, indulged in light conversation and made our lunch perfectly. Looked hygienic and delicious, were in and out in less than ten minutes. Only reason it's not 5 stars was he forgot to give us our cookies we asked and paid for, but didn't realise until we got home and didn't think it was a big fuss.

I came in at lunch time today (Thursday 7th September 2023) and had the pleasure of being served by Macen today. The shop was very warm due to the weather, enough to make anyone feel a bit fed up, but he was an absolute delight, very friendly, smiley and helpful. A group of us went in and left all agreeing how pleasant and personable he was. He is an asset to the subway team!

The worst Subway I have ever been to. Bread tasted like it’s from yesterday, everything was gummy, old lettuce. I wasn’t even able to finish the sandwich. Dunno how it’s passing Subway Standard Audit. Don’t recommend.

Absolutely outraged from what I witnessed at subway Ascot this week they have been saying for the last week they have no change they have not recognised me been in there a couple of times and they change their story every time my meals come to £22 I had £30 in cash Their response was you can pay cash but we won’t give you no change they wanted to keep £8 in change Their story has changed every time in my opinion it is surely not legal a business should be able to offer change to their customers Management severely letting this restaurant down I am writing a complaint to Ed Office they don’t even offer you your receipt

The whole point of subway is that it’s fast and it has lovely fresh salad and bread we all know that the meat isn’t necessarily the best. However this subway the cucumbers with thin and shrivelled, The tomato looked three days old if not more the rocket look like spinach come out of water there was no peppers no crunchy onions and generally was a massive disappointment in a very dated looking shop and if I hadn’t of paid for my sandwich before I saw the salad I would’ve walked out I won’t be returning
