The worst pancakes I have ever had. They were far from fresh...my mug was used/dirty but this was sorted when raised with staff. The staff was friendly this time. This was our second visit to Bardo. The first time, the sauce was missing from the plate and the staff was a bit rude. Not going back again. I'm sorry.

I did have a funny tummy a few hours after eating here. We decided to give this a second try after a disappointing first visit a while ago but unfortunately although the staff seems friendlier than before the quality and hygiene of the food remains questionable. We won't be coming back again.

I have been to Expo Lounge in Manchester, Lounge in Staines and now this one. For sure this one is my favourite as the staff is extremely friendly. Thank you guys for such an amazing service !!

??☕️First visit to Bardo and there's an interesting concept and interior design here ? that could be a little confusing, but none the less colourful. Visited on Sunday, and the restaurant wasn't over busy but still had to go and find a waiter to take our order. A front of house host/ess wouldn't go a miss here, especially for new guests to show them to a table and explain the ordering process, which is actually pre-paid at the bar. Therefore, more QSR than classic restaurant. The coffee was very good, both the hot and iced we chose. The food was tasty, and the open flat breads were presented well. The toppings were tight for the price, a little more will have been impressive. Pleasant staff, there is alcohol available here, too.Vegetarian options: Clearly listed on the menu.Dietary restrictions: Clearly stated on the detailed menu.Parking: The multi-storey car park is currently closed, and the small paid car parks were full on Sunday especially with sunny weather that brings everyone outside. ?Kid-friendliness: Family-friendly restaurant, we saw families dining comfortably ?Wheelchair accessibility: Wide entrance and plenty of floor space to accommodate a wheelchair ♿️

Held a small baby shower on Sunday, staff were very attentive making sure we had an area cordoned off from the rest of the restaurant. Lovely food and drinks, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again for a small gathering.
