To start with. Costa needs to employ more staff. Or rather than staff washing up/ carrying plates. Perhaps help the Barista out in times when it's chaotic. Fantastic management skills (or not) Queue about 15 long. I've not seen queues like that in Parts of London, let alone Taplow village. Miserable service. Ordered a small Hot Chocolate for my boy. at over £4!! My boy asks can he have cream on top. Flat No. ( 2 Days before Christmas) Wow. You'll have to pay extra for that. So nearly £5 for a child's size hot chocolate. Think I'll give this branch a miss. At least Nero shows a bit of Christmas spirit, & kindness.

Busy place, plenty of staff working but a very slow service. Each time I have ordered my drink here never been made correctly even though there is a printed receipt they look at. When I have been to other costa coffee's they have got my order spot on and been made more quickly.

Sadly, tables were not cleared and the store generally looked like it needed a good clean. My Mum ordered a Pain au raisin which was raw.

Service was so slow I walked out and went somewhere else! Two women behind the counter, one making the coffees the other (i guess) was taking orders and serving, i stood like a prat for about 3 minutes while the server minced around doing not much at all, she eventually approached me, thinking I was about to be served i said "hello" she totally ignored me and started counting the coins in the tip jar! She eventually looked up and muttered something to the other girl who also looked up, they both then carried on ignoring me...I've been ignored in better places than this! so I left..
