We’re really enjoyed here and sure will be back! Jack served us, he has a great customer service, asked for allergy if we have, also checked if we’re happy with our meals. To be fair all staffs here seems super nice and attentive. Ps.Highly recommend Cheesecake and Tiramisu!

Booked a table for my son's 10th birthday. We were running late so called the restaurant, they said it wasn't a problem as they weren't busy. Arrived late but was seated straight away in an almost empty restaurant. It took around 15 mins for a waiter to come to use to ask if we wanted drinks. As we had had so much time to talk and look at the menu we were able to order everything in one go. The food we bought to us in withing a reasonable time and was delicious, couldn't fault any of it. Our food arrived hot and generous portion sizes. Our waiter Tisha had noticed that my son was wearing a birthday badge and congratulated him on his birthday. After our mains we had decided we had enough food and declined pudding and asked for the bill. Tisha, along with 2 other colleagues came to our table with a bowl of brownies and ice cream for my son amd sang happy birthday to him. This was a beautiful touch to our meal and was a total shock to us all that they had done this for him. He loved the singing and the pudding even more. Overall, even after our rocky start to service it was a brilliant evening and my son said it was the best food he had ever had and it made his birthday. Thank you Tisha for your service. We will be back!

I just really, really enjoy going to Frankie & Benny's in Taplow, either spontaneously after you've done all your shopping or planned with family. I want to mention our waitress Laura - she's the kindest, loveliest person plus a very competent and speedy waitress. I like her bubbly personality. I also like the food, there is something for everyone, gluten-free, vegan, low calories.

Came here last night with my 2 children. We had a great night…perfect for kids and an amazing atmosphere…the kids menu was better than most restaurants and the ice cream with little pots of chocolate and chopped up fruit was a great idea. Special mention to Jack who waited our table. Very friendly, great at entertaining my kids and making them eat the vegetables on their plate! What a credit to the restaurant! Holly

Having revisited post covid, I was amazed by the staff's engagement and the restaurant's general atmosphere. I now have a demanding family of 3 children and this can be challenging especially if you have younger children - this was accommodated for perfectly with the activity provided for by Frankie & Benny's. More importantly, the drinks were quick to arrive, the food was tasty and we were made to feel more than welcome. So much so, that I went back the next day just to see if the experience was a once-off. You'll be glad to hear it wasn't!

I have eaten here many times over the years but I’m afraid that the quality of the food is slipping. Everything is now out of a packet and fairly average tasting. A simple cheese burger was pretty tasteless. How do you mess up a burger? Some things still nice like the ribs and calamari but too much is average now. I love the decor and great options but I’m not sure we will be returning anytime soon.

Had an amazing experience tonight with my 8 year old daughter. Our server... Jack... went above and beyond! Couldn't of catered to us anymore than he did. Even my little girl commented on how polite and friendly he was. Would definitely come back! Thank you Jack. You made our night.

Was served by a gentleman called Jack, amazing customer services skills. Making sure his customers were his priority. Looked after us all evening making sure we were okay and that our food was prefect for us. Frankie and Bennys are lucky to have Jack in their company. The food was amazing and definitely will come back. I will also recommend this restaurant to friends and family. Hopefully they will have Jack as their waiter.

Absolutely blown away by our visit to Frankie and Benny in Taplow. The staff was exceptional, from the Manager who welcomed us in - to our waitress who was so nice and friendly - everyone contributed to this being an awesome experience. The food was soo delicious! We had a lovely steak (which literally melted in the mouth, and was so tasty) and a loaded hot dog (which was also super flavoursome). Portions are a generous size. Will highly recommend, a great experience from start to finish. Shout-out to one of the staff breaking into song while waiting for food to be cooked, that was fun :) Well done everyone

Parking available and in a nice location next to a tesco If you want to get some emergency shopping.4. Decor and seating was good. Peacefull on a weekday evening.5. Wait time for food was not long at all.
