Awful place. I didn't even get to eat. I went into the branch, stood at the counter for several minutes, the staff didn't even acknowledge me, I gave up after a while and walked out. Don't even bother going in here.

I would strongly recommend against ordering from Pizza Hut. My experience is with Pizza Hut, 7 Glynwood House, Bridge Avenue, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1RS. I made an order on 15/08/2023 and did not receive the BBQ dips I paid for, so Pizza Hut provided me with a £5 ‘goodwill’ voucher. I made a second order on 26/08/2023 to try and use the voucher, but the voucher could not be used with a Pizza Hut deal. The deal gave me more money off so there was no point in the voucher anyway. I purchased the second order because it was dinner time and I just wanted some food. I did not receive the garlic bread I paid for in the second order. When I contacted Pizza Hut about it, they said that a full resolution had already been provided, as I had already been given a £5 voucher for the first order. I responded and said that their resolution didn’t make sense. How can a resolution be provided days before an order is made? They eventually gave me a second £5 ‘goodwill’ voucher but they refused to provide a refund. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I shouldn’t have to fight for a refund. After contacting Citizens Advice about the situation, I managed to report Pizza Hut to Trading Standards, as I paid for something online that I didn’t receive, which is classed as scamming. Pizza Hut tried putting the blame onto me by saying that I did not follow their complaints procedure by contacting Pizza Hut immediately when the issues arose, as instructed on the receipts. This was not stated on the receipts I received with my orders. The only contact details on the receipts were my own. I contacted Pizza Hut immediately when the issues arose, using the contact details provided on the website I ordered from. I also proactively reached out to Pizza Hut on social media. Pizza Hut tried putting further blame onto me by saying that I did not return my order to the Hut in order to receive a refund. How can I return something I did not receive? I asked Pizza Hut to provide me with the pre-contractual information (PCI) for the orders, as requested by Citizens Advice. Pizza Hut did not respond. Unfortunately, my bank was unable to refund my claim through chargeback. They said there wasn’t enough evidence to show that I had not received the items, even though they had copies of emails where Pizza Hut acknowledged that I did not receive the items, along with other documentation. I don’t know what more I could have provided as evidence of me not receiving something. The Pizza Hut vouchers expire on 31/03/2024. It is not the same as getting my money back. You get better deals on the Pizza Hut website than what you would with their vouchers. Pizza Hut are just using vouchers to try and make more money out of dissatisfied customers. The vouchers will now go to waste, as I will not be ordering Pizza Hut again. I’d just get scammed again. I spent a total of £71.98 on these orders. I’ve been in dispute about this situation since August 2023. It is now December 2023. I have read other Pizza Hut reviews and it looks like more customers have had a similar issue. Clearly, the business knows they can get away with it. The only reason I am not taking it further is because I do not want to spend more money on the situation. Do yourself a favour and avoid Pizza Hut. They will take your money for nothing. There are more reliable brands out there like Papa John’s and Domino’s.

I’ve called 3 times food was late by 30 minutes they spoke rude on the phone and were very uncaring and just dismissed it I spent £35 on two large pizzas and two sides and not a single dip I even added one extra for 55p the person that kept answering the phone did not know anything and was quite rude I spoke with asim and apparently the manager was called quasim I will be taking this up with customer service as the food was cold and I will never be ordering from here again I said they can take the food back and just get a refund but they refused and just said contact customer service

Best pizza currently in Maidenhead! The employees here are very friendly and helpful. They ensure that they meet everyone's dietary requirements. Pizza took only 10 min to get ready and they were very generous with the toppings! I highly recommend them over other pizza branches! ? ?

Unlike many of the pizza chains who are skimping on toppings to cost cut, Pizza Hut are still driven by a quality of product ethos, which has made them my go to takeaway for a weekend treat. Ordered for delivery. Had to change my order so had to phone and it was resolved very quickly. Pizza arrived quickly and was hot and fresh.

Sadly odering a pizza tonight and we used to orde from pizza hut Maidenhead and do not now more last time I had to drive back to the store two times even though it was a delivery and a lady was waiting in side for hers I told her to check her pizzas and they were also wrong used to be a really well run store
