I commute into London 3 times a week and cannot get on my morning train without my Puccino’s coffee! The coffee is great but the service from Anna and Sandra every morning is excellent - they are always so welcoming and friendly and will start preparing my coffee as soon as they see me in the queue! Thank you so much ladies for helping my days get off to such a great start!

I had 5 mins to wait for my train, needed a drink but the customer before me was asked to do a review so I had to wait in queue and then my train showed up so didn't get served. What is with the world these days. REVIEWS OVER SALES!! I will have a dry mouth until I get to a Costa now. Plus you got your review. WIN WIN or LOSE LOSE??
