BE AWARE for Too Good To Go.... Went on the app, at 4:45pm, saw a collection for 5-5:30pm, booked it. I arrived at 5:15 for them to say "I should have got an email & they reserve the right to cancel."If they had more respect for peoples time they should not still be advertising 15minutes prior to collection if they'd planned to cancel because "they had no food."They could have at least packed me something as compensation for making the journey on foot in the rain for nothing.Or at least tried to get in better contact than an email.

we've enjoyed great service on our last two visits, thank you. wish you did more gluten free 'real food' but there a few snack options, so that's something.

Coffee is really good, tables often need wiping, seems understaffed but staff are polite and helpful. Major problem is the internet is terrible. You cannot work from here at all.

Dirty tables and place. Girl kept going out for a cigarette. Not washing her hands afterwards and told us she was closing in 30 minutes. I felt sorry for her as she was on her own. She needs help. Not left on her own to do all the work. Not very niceSo unprofessional.

I enjoyed my cup of tea and a slice of cake great service was second to none. The staff were friendly and helpful. The clean and tidy tables and the whole environment. Wheelchair-accessible entrance. I highly recommend

Of all the chains I most prefer Caffe Nero. Their drinks are always nicer than others and consistently made. This branch is the same, the Batista's are always lovely but the interior and furniture isn't as nice as some of their other branches. I think it needs some new furniture.

I think it must have been a bad day when I visited - awful latte, apricot pastry was cold & soggy (like it hadn't been defrosted properly), very dirty floor, and not a warm vibe at all ☹️
