I give this branch 2 stars solely for the staff members who are always lovely. However, the loos are quite disgusting and has been for a number of years. It is also evident that the owners of this franchise are running the outlet to the ground as the furniture and flooring are quite worn and look tacky. There is development afoot so I can understand. However, a good round of elbow grease can transform this place and make it feel hygienic. ??

Place was left a mess the girl was pink/red hair was so rude and made the drink incorrect as an ex cafe nero worker I am appalled by the service and attitude of the staffWe had to ASK to be served by the girl whilst she just stood there aimlessly with a massive line of customersNot impressed. Went for a coffee in neros 11am this morning , Waiting in the que for ages,as there was only one young lad serving ,,wkilse two other staff members were hiding elsewhere . Not the boys fault he tried his best on his own. I've said it before and I'll say it again,while the cafe Nero boss is on his boat sailing around the world having the life of Reilly,he should be putting customers before profits. Get more staff that actually do their job correctly

Place is run down. Staff too lazy to clear up so place is dirty and tables covered in last persons rubbish. Male staff member behind counter rude and arrogant and needs to be sacked.

The woman serving me was rude would check her phone while ordering which made her take my order wrong the place was dirty and my cake was frozen still do not recommend

A very large flow of people and often very dirty tables, as well as toilets. Drinks are good, staff is friendly

Really like Neros Northbrook and the staff, but lately it's become very dirty. Floors are grimy, furniture is grubby and soiled - not very enjoyable to relax in a mucky deep seat chair ?
It's a great Nero staff always friendly, place is always clean and tidy even the loo

Place looked really dirty in need of being redecorated .Toilets were disgusting, staff need to be more professional instead of discussing what they got upto the night before.Don't think I would go back there again!
