My food, fried chicken was dry and over cooked. Our empty plates were left on the table dispite staff coming to refill drinks and bring pudding. We were left to stack our own plates to make room for puddingsThere was on 2 two of the mains left to order from although is was only 5:00pmMy granddaughter has had a severe reaction from your gluten free menu dispite having ordered from the gluten free menu. This means something she was served contained gluten. Not cross contamination but served as gluten free option when is clearly was notI will not be using the restaurant againDietary restrictions: We ordered from the gluten free menu but still had a severe reaction. These can be life threatening. If you cannot ensure the food is gluten free then you should not offer a gluten free option on your menu

Really good blueberry pancakes, and great

As always with the lounge chain, there is a huge selection of food for gluten free diets. Food was good, and the portion sizes too were ample.Huge seating area upstairs, which was quiet when I visited (mid week, in the evening). Good location to also visit to do some work quietly without interruption.

I've been twice in the past month, once for a weekday lunch and a second time for dinner. The decor is delightful, from the lampshades to the huge display of art. The menu and ordering can be done by the qr code method meaning you don't wait to be attended or for your bill. But having said that, the staff were very attentive and helpful. Food on both visits was delicious.Prices weren't high, compared to other similar high street restaurants. Recommend the steak which has parmesan rocket salad on the side that is unusual and was a perfect accompaniment. We will be returningKid-friendliness: There are toys, games and books for Kiddies and a space for them to use

Amazing! We only came here because our vet is close and I typed ‘dog friendly restaurant’ into google. The staff were so friendly and nice, gave our dog a water bowl and made us feel very welcome. The food was really tasty and the cocktails were great too (we did the two for one and you can have two of any cocktail on the menu). The decor is really unique and creates a very pleasant vibe. Will definitely be coming back here whenever we have the chance!

Had a poor experience with both food and service here. Emailed to inform them and have been ignored.

Really polite and friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere, prompt service and the food was amazing!!!! I definitely advise trying the beef brisket, OMG!!!!! Looking forward to my next visit :)
Really family friendly, we have always enjoyed the service and food and its largely due to how relaxed they are around families. Little touches like toys they can help themselves too, plastic cutlery in various colours they can choose from. We haven't ever had a bad meal, food has always been good and I think as our little one is so happy with her food and toys we always seem to get to enjoy our meal as she is not bored or frustrated like she can get in other places. Overall we just always seem to get to enjoy eating out here so it's become a favourite of ours.

Great place for a decent lunch. Dog friendly too.

Great place for lunch, quirky surroundings and attentive service. I've never used this cafe chain before but will look out for them next time.

Staff amazing & couldn't do enough when I dropped half my lunch on the floor! They brought a replacement! Soup wasn't the best and the staff were deeply apologetic, brought a free pannini and gave us a refund too!
Nice place to eat the lounges are always
