Last Sunday 24/3/24 ordered 2 vegan wraps as take away . Waited long . Got my order and payed £10 . While having it , on my first bits, I realised it has meat inside . I am allergic to meat and strictly vegetarian. I was panicked. I found that they packed 2 all day wraps for me and it contained bacon , sausage, egg . Never got this worst feeling ever . How much carelessness can cause this kind of service we must think . Worst cafe in Newbury !Vegetarian options: I am regular customer and I am purely vegetarian. Last Sunday 24th March ordered 2 vegan meat ball wraps . As the waiter was chatting to another waitress they are not focused on the order . I received my order and started eating as it was my dinner. On my first bite I realised it’s meat inside . As I am allergic to meat , I was very panicked. Then I found they gave me an all day wraps , which contains bacon , sausage , egg . Very annoying. How this people running their business I have serious doubt about it. Not recommending at all .

Enjoyed the speciality hot chocolate. Great looking cakes and pastries. Very busy on Sunday but quiet on Friday afternoon.

My 1st visit, I will definitely be visiting again. The coffee was good, the food that I had was good and the service was good.

Terrible service. Slow. 30 minutes to get the drinks! 1 person serving out of 3. I suggested to the server that they might want to serve customers rather than put out the cakes on display as the queue was to the door. Apparently the cakes are more important than the customer. I was asked if I wanted Caramel sauce on my caramel macchiato! Tables not cleared. Really disappointed.

Other than the usual, which is the bog standard for any business these days, need more staff for the volume of customers.BUT!!! They have some unusual and unique flavoured coffees like peanut butter. Yum! It's definitely worth a try.

Nice cosy place to have coffee. Comfortable seating. I ate a cranberry and cheese Panini which was nice. Fairly expensive but the same as everywhere now.A member of staff locked the toilet before closing and was irritated when I asked to use it. Spoiled the visit for me.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options. I ate sour dough as it doesn't upset my stomach as much as bread.Parking: Parking in paid locations nearby. Need to walk to the location.

Coffee is always great here, Staff on this visit seemed a bit rushed due to lunchtime on a Saturday, however they are usually very good. I usually go to the Hungerford Shop as this Shop is a bit narrow & cramped, there is not a lot of room for families with buggies as there are too many tables in my opinion.Parking: Chargeable Parking via Park Way underground carpark.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessible parking.
