Very willing and helpful team, despite an awkward customer who was being difficult when hi wife had surprised him with a treat. Clean and tidy, quality product although on the expensive side
Compact shop but plenty of choice, able to pick up an ice cream. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.Get yourself a VIP membership for some discounts and freebies every so often.

Lovely chocolate and great service. A premium product with a sales team to match. I had an ice-cream on my most recent visit and it was lovely! I definitely recommend visiting Hotel Chocolat for gifts or to indulge the chocoholics you know. Or even to get some for yourself!
