Not what they used to be. Prices keep increasing but the quality doesn't. Too many fancy flavours that don't really taste great, plus they tend to have a whole lot of junk in the ingredients. Customer service is great though. If you're not happy, they'll refund without a problem.

Lovely chocolate and great service. A premium product with a sales team to match. I had an ice-cream on my most recent visit and it was lovely! I definitely recommend visiting Hotel Chocolat for gifts or to indulge the chocoholics you know. Or even to get some for yourself!
