Poped into this McDonald's in Newbury was visiting friends went to the counter as dont like using machines asked for my order big mac meal large with diet coke and three chicken selects I tried to pay but they wouldn't accept my Scottish £20 note ???? WONT BE BACK

Delivery from this store is awful! Every time without fail something is missing it not multiple things! Rang the store who ever answered was rude and put the phone down on me!

If it was possible to give zero marks I would. Ordered delivery through the McDonald's app at 7pm and it didn’t arrive until 9:15pm. Fast food it wasn’t. Apparently I can’t get a refund from UberEats because the order was correct when it arrived. Can’t complain to McDonalds as the app just points me to UberEats. Ridiculous!!

Fast food at reasonable prices. Always the same good quality. But I don't like using those ordering machines!! Perhaps it is an age thing...

when I entered the establishment on Saturday I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman by the name of callum. he was very kind and considerate. when I told him that my order was incorrect he made sure to fix his colleagues mistake by swiftly giving me the rest of my order. this has given me such a positive view on the restaurant and I would like to share my postivie experience with the world. it doesn't stop there. when I clumsily spilt my drink callum jumped at the sight of it with a mop in hand like a superhero.

This is not a great restaurant. Slow, understaffed, and sub standard food.Customer service is not a priority for them.

Went in to get drinks with my mates when the security guard assumed we were loitering as we went in earlier that day and kicked us out even used force straight away with one of my mates hurting him and triggering his asthma. He even pinned him down against the floor shouting in his face

What can I say - It’s a McDonalds! This one is relatively clean, bright and open.The ordering screens at the entrance are double sided, which not everyone realises - sometimes leading to a bigger queue than really necessary.Handily there is a kids play zone upstairs, which while small, is tucked away enough that you can let little ones safely work off some energy while waiting for food.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids play zone upstairs - at the top of the stairs turn left and double back on yourself to find it tucked into a corner. Upstairs tables also often have tablets / entertainments, and downstairs is a box with plenty of colouring sheets and crayons.

I always love to eat at McDonald's it's my best anytime and day. The service was very quick considering the crowd I meant in the shop that very day.

The staff is pleasant and smiling, but privately very dirty and uncomfortable. There are a lot of troubled teenagers sitting who create problems indoors or scream. Food as usual. I really don’t want to come back, and even more so sit inside with children
