We have come to this Toby Carvery twice. The first time we came the food was lush. The second time not so niceThe food was absolutely disgusting. The “Fresh” potatoes were fully burnt and hard like it was yesterdays food. The carrots weren’t cooked through properly (rock solid through the middle). The stuffing was burnt, dry and crumbly. The califlower was also undercooked and the stalk was rock hard. All we received from the turkery was mainly fat. The gravy had lumpy jelly bits in it. We took pot luck and ordered dessert, my 2 yo daughter was waiting 20mins for an icecream. I also ordered a chocolate fudge cake with custard for myself to find a hair in it. To top it of the spoon I had been given had dirty dried food on it where it hadn’t been washed properly. You can get better roast dinners out of a tin

Food was not very hot although we visited at 12 noon. My refill was so watery as the syrup in the machine was running put. They did refund me the price of the refill nut I had to ask.

Arrived for breakfast, barely anything there, few more bits and pieces came out but certainly wasn't as many items as advertised - very very poor.

Amazing from start to finish. Clean, tidy, lovely atmosphere and great food! Our waitress, Louise, was on hand for anything we needed, even tho we could see she was busy, she made time to tend to us regularly.Parking: As long as u give your registration when entering, parking is easily accessible.

I visited 5pm on a Wednesday. Upon entering nobody was in sight to greet and escort to tables. After waiting a few mins somebody came over I asked for a table for 5, the gentlemen then said he would check and walked towards the bar area instead of the restaurant area that I could see was pretty empty. While waiting for him to decide if there was space at the bar for my family, my children had a look at the carvery deck and immediately said they didnt want to eat here because there was barely any meat and what was there looked dry and inedible. Only 3 options of meat were being offered, turkey looked fine, beef looked like a bunch of dried crumbs and the gammon what was left looked like it had been sat there for 3 days. Very unappealing and I felt as though we were being discriminated against being ushered to the bar area when the restaurant looked far from busy.
