I can’t rate this hotel and staff highly enough.Paula is the Duty Manager, she is very welcoming and greets with a smile and went above and beyond our whole stay. We met Michelle in the restaurant and she was so kind, attentive and friendly and we met Alex in the kitchen who could not do enough. I stayed for 2 nights with my mum and we absolutely loved it. Have been to a few Premier Inns, this one is overall the best I've stayed in. It was busy, the large car park was full both nights, but we barely heard the other guests when in our room. The room was very clean and well furnished. The in-house restaurant served a better breakfast and meals than other ones I've stayed in with a pub restaurant doing the catering. Very nice premire inn , nice and relaxed atmosphere , staff are friendly and helpful, the thyme restraunt is open till 11pm and there's a bar to order drinks from. No road traffic noises at all , I would deffo come back.
