One of the better spots to eat in the Oracle before or after a shopping trip - food is really nice and the staff are always lovely. You can order by QR code but they're just as happy to take your order themselves. Similar in price to other places on the Riverside but the ambience is preferable to one of the other chains. The full breakfast especially is great value as you get loads of food and they do offers before 12pm. Always make a point to stop by when we visit Reading.

Very friendly staff, Sarah the Manager is amazing at her job.nothing was to much trouble for her and she even made time to take some pictures of me and my family when it was very busy.my mum is a regular there and it's lovely that they all call her by her first name. Always our go-to on the Riverside because the staff are great, the food is always tasty and the cocktail menu has loads of options. Some of the deals aren't available in December as to be expected but there's some festive options to try, we loved the little moons cocktails which I think are a special - yum ❤️

Staff nice, food nice cocktails amazing, tech very dodgy they encourage you to order via the app but there is no phone service so you have to use the poor Wi-Fi, app kept crashing very very slow. Hard to get receipts. Didn’t tell us kitchen was closing. Didn’t like that you had to put tip on to payment when ordering before we had anything. Come on All Bar One your a big enough organisation get your tech sorted or go back to staff taking orders.
