First time trying Auntie Anne’s in the UK. I am used to the one in the US but never tried it here. I took a box of vanilla nuggets pretzel to share with my husband. It was served hot and for £5 you got plenty. The taste is really too. I am not disappointed!

Pretzels were cold and hard.i specifically asked the staff member if they were hot, she said yes but they were stone cold .they were pre packing pretzels for no reason there was no customers I personally would never purchase from them again

Would give 0 if I could, was treated poorly by staff. A man passed me my cinnamon sticks with the napkin around the pot, let go before I could get ahold of the thing and 2 of the sticks fell on the floor. Was more then happy to just get the two sticks replaced but he refused and said I’d have to buy a whole new set of sticks due to the food coming out of his pocket. Spoke back and fourth for a few minutes until he swore at me, told me to”f**k off”. Ended up with a full refund but very unhappy. I’ve not brought from them since. Cheers??

Good pretzels and very good chocolate dip. But nothing dairy free in the menu. Also, a bit pricey (over £6 for a pretzel and a slushy...)

I love your pretzels but your Watford branch is no good. I've bought pretzels on three different occasions recently and every time i asked if they're hot, they say yes it is. But then it's just slightly warm and once when I asked for a new one was refused. I didn't even touch the pretzels. Plus they don't accept your app and rewards. Not going there again.
