I have the misfortune of using the BP service area alot the gents toilets are disgusting and have been for months stinks of urine and out of order alot of the time maybe spend se of the millions you make
The toilet facilities at this station are absolutely disgusting. Totally unacceptable. The men's and disabled were out of service and the women's are crawling with bacteria. Avoid at all costs.

Man on the till charges me the full price on all the items, even after me pointing at the sign with h the deal on!!!!Told him to stick it and left
