The burger was just warm. The bun was cold. Chips were hot though. But.... The toilet area was disgusting. It stunk, no wonder they keep it locked. Looked like pee on the bottom stairs, and a couple of knocked over buckets down there that looked as if they'd been peed in.

Nice and clean, plenty of seating and two entrances, easy to spot from inside the shopping centre or on main road. Only negative thing to say is you had to walk downstairs for the toilets

Ordered a home delivery a couple of months ago, the food arrived stone cold and looked like it was a week old after several conversations with the \\\"manager \\\" we received a fresh hot order.\\nWe thought it couldn't happen twice, how wrong we were! The food arrived in a ripped bag shoved under the arm of the delivery person, not even in an insulated bag, minus the bottles of coke we've paid for!!! Seriously don't order from these guys, they're just interested in taking your money.

Had my first Burger King in a long time. I visited the Broad Street restaurant and despite Covid restrictions and what looked like a refurbishment underway the visit was very positive. The staff were friendly, professional \\u0026 efficient. More importantly the food was great

I go to burger king 2days a week the food is o.k. but it could be a lot more hotter sometimes it's just warm and the staff don't even care
bad service!! I went with my family we bought 3 hamburgers and I had to change them three times because the order was wrongly taken! They never apologized and did not receive good attention.

there is always a seat here and the food is better than the other place.
its gunk buts thats ok on a Saturday night.
heavy weight burger and fries does its job well.
the Belgian waffle is sweet , warm and blends well with the coffee and ice cream.

Good staff and service but HATE their burgers and chips. Burgers are so dry and the chips are so salty. I mean some people don't like that amount of salt on their chips and give it to customers to decide about the salt.
