Purchased the Premium Fresh Berry Cake. Contacted Cakesburg on a Friday and cake was ready to collect Saturday morning. Opened the box and was very happy at the finished product. It was fresh, not too sweet and delicious! Fabulous customer service. Will definitely buy again.

I ordered a GF superhero cake for my son’s 5th birthday, with vanilla sponge and lemon cream, it was really tasty. Sponge was but dry, which could have been moist, definitely will get for my daughter birthday from here too .

The cake I ordered looked nice but the wording was incorrect. It was for my son's BSc Hons Economics and Finance degree but Finance was not included in the wording, although this was included in the original email for the wording of the cake. I emailed them and was offered £14 (15% off the total) of the cake. However I did not think this amount equated to the level of disappointment on the day of reveal. Therefore, I emailed again stating this and got a reply a month later offering the same amount.

I can honestly say that Semra and the team at Cakesburg did a great job - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They took my sketchy brief describing what I was looking for and brought it to life perfectly! Who else could create a cake of an oil tanker crashing onto rocks and spilling crude oil into the sea!!? Brilliant! No - they are not the cheapest but they are probably the best and we all know that you get what you pay for in this world! Buy cheaper if you want - but you won't get as good a product or service. Personal, discrete delivery - bang on time! These folks know what they are doing.
