I don't like to be negative in my views of people but Wow!!!!!! While waiting for my Coffee to be prepared to take away I was told very bluntly by "Maddie" that I wasn't allowed to consume a tiny piece of Chocolate I already had in my hand because it wasn't purchased from Costa!? When really it was because she wasn't competent in pouring water into my cup without it overflowing and me mentioning it to her.Basically she isn't very happy and is clearly without manners!!!

I sat at a place of my choice in the room where the table for 4 had excellent accommodation, but during the time I was there the table had utensils that 2 other people had previously used and at no point did the service staff remove them.Parking: I didn't pay attention, I got out of the car at the cafe door.Kid-friendliness: I don't know, it depends on the children and parents, but it's not very suitable, a good environment, nice because it's quiet, you can drink coffee, eat in peace, read the newspaper or magazine, stay as long as you want, in comfort.Wheelchair accessibility: Good accessibility, spacious and has a very friendly outdoor area on the sidewalk,

Don’t take Amex so had to walk to cash point to pay.Then overcharged me - didn’t apply the discount for breakfast when buying a coffee.Didn’t realise until after I’d sat down and was far enough ordering let alone trying to explain and request a correction.
It's a Costa. Not sure what you expect its a coffee chain.

I popped in to grab a coffee, i ordered a decaf cappuccino with syrup, i got a very strong kinda white one with no syrup, i ask the miserable girl if she had put some in and she replied yes!! Questionable!! The worst thing was it was a free coffee that was on my Costa card!! What a waste! I would have taken it back but didn't have time!! Not ever going there again!!

Whoever owns the franchise in Berkshire chooses their staff well. The two girls in today were so busy yet so calm and professional and they could put your worst fears to rest . They socialise and explain and were truly made you feel humble Well worth a visit
