Great Costa. Friendly, professional staff. Awesome coffee. Tasty food. Great atmosphere. Toilets are clean and well-appointed. I can't wait to return. It has such a nice, cosy feel.

Nice coffee shop with plenty of comfortable seating. Service is good but let down by uncleared tables. WiFi hasn’t worked for months and hard to get a decent internet connection.

I generally love sitting and working in Costa, but recently it’s been way too hot. It’s such a shame that the air con hasn’t been working for such a long time now! Can management please sort that? I think myself and a lot of others may need to find somewhere else to go for coffee, as the cafe just gets too hot.

I've been going here at least once a week for two months. I always find the staff to be efficient and friendly. The place is very clean, including the toilets. It seems like a well run and popular cafe to me.I never eat so cannot comment on that. I always get a frappe which is delicious and can be made dairy free.Whether you want to read a book, catch up with a friend, do computer work, have a feed, this place rocks. Plenty of parking that is shared with m n s, and Iceland. Bike parks too. I recommend.

Decent coffee, too crowded and understaffed so its expected that service won't be great. They need to hire and train more people. Otherwise good place

Not a nice experience on Sunday lunchtime. Few things really …- for dine in there were no glass cups, takeaway cups only (staff said after this hour they don’t serve in glass cups .. at 2pm!)- conditioners too strong and it’s too cold and not cozy for dine in- lots of tables with cutleries left over from previous customers and staff doesn’t bother to clean the tables- staff working VERY slowly, we only had few people before us in a queue but had to wait for ages - 25min for sure- the taste of the coffee wasn’t great at all!I wouldn’t come back to this brunch!
