Made a bit of a mess of my online order tonight 7th November 2023 not realised until I went to collect The lady serving was incredibly helpful and it all got sorted ...even though the fault was mine. And the pizza was delicious! Great Karma from the staff on shift this evening!

I went in there this evening… there’s lots and lots of stuff in the shop and I’m still at the counter for 20 minutes and there’s nobody else they’re waiting to be served and they just completely ignore me. So I had to walk out with no food.. have a word with these guys will you ? They clearly don’t care about their customers or like serving them.

Ordered from here on 26th july, they took 2 payments for my order. They then said they would cancel one of the transactions. They didn't! Contacted dominos, they told me they would contact the store to issue a refund on 27th July. Accepted it was meant to take 5 working days to refund. Its now the 10th of August, no refund. So Contacted dominos again. Allow 5 more days for response. Joke of a takeaway.

I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza in Reading, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. First of all, the delivery took an incredibly long time - it was over 2 hours before our food arrived. When it finally did arrive, we were missing several items that we had requested. On top of that, the food was cold and unappetizing.Trying to get in touch with the restaurant was an absolute nightmare. There are no phone numbers available on their website, and there is no live chat support either. When we eventually managed to get through to someone, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They even hung up the phone on us when we tried to explain our missing items and cold food.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Domino's Pizza in Reading. The slow delivery, missing items, cold food, and poor customer service were all unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this restaurant at all costs, as there are many other options in the area that offer better food and service.

I am a regular here recent vegetarian and vegan options are good. Now you order over the counter rather than ordering online which I am not big fan off
