It’s my first time to make a phone order since I had got their leaflet at my home. I then realised I had called the wrong branch after I showed up at the branch that I used to be. I immediately called them to apologise and never expect the unsympathetic and 0 customer service from the staff.The male staff sounds like Pakistani or Indian told me he had done my order and questioned me why wouldn’t I come and collect it. I repeated that I had made a mistake based on the leaflet they sent to me without realising they were from another branch……also I don’t drive and it was raining… He interrupted me in the mid of conversation and asked me to listen to him (tho he was the one asking me question) and started “educated” me as a customer.Cant believe we have such a disgrace customer service from the South East staff in UK…..Domino did you treat your staff properly? Or did you check on staff mental health regularly with such a long shift??Tho I have banned Muslim food but still getting such a disgrace service from the Muslimhood…Just to make things right, this is not racist, it’s just my own preference as anyone else does.

Awful staff that provide no customer service, no wonder there’s never anyone in there. I asked for a pizza to be well done and they said they can’t do it, it is how it comes out and that’s how it is. After telling the employee that the Reading Woodley branch do well-done pizza upon request, I was told to ‘go there then’. Never going back to this rude place again. They are doing a great job in bringing down the standards at Dominoes.

Placing an order and then being called 10 times to go pick my order up from downstairs, they can't even bother coming at the door no more . We all being charged with delivery, is not like is included in the price of the pizza. Beside I receive this email asking me to tip the driver which apparently comes to my door ???. Is this a joke ? Driver was waiting downstairs for a while for me to go collect order instead of getting rid of the order and deliver it at the door as is sais in the email ..

Well where do I start hall I wanted was a medium pizza for myself and my poorly wife to be delivered which was 12.49 I live 1.5 miles away so when I asked to have it delivered the person at the other end of the line said it would be cheaper if I ordered wings garlic bread and coke it would be cheaper so I did then I was quoted 30.91i said ok don’t worry I will just have the pizza then he says it’s 35.23 without the extras I said ok so what is the delivery charge oh it’s 2.79 I said ok just deliver it at £15 roughlyOh no it doesn’t work like that spoke to the manager he just hung up and blocked me (not English btw )So I decided to get my nephew harry to drive that horrendous 1.5 miles trek ordered exactly the same pizza for £9.99Be aware of dominoes ripping you offBtw thank you to my nephew the pizza was excellent unlike the employees trying to rip me off always check delivery charge I saved £20 will never get them to deliver again I will just get harry go pick it up rip off merchants I can only nice one star shame there is no stars for domino’s trying to rip customers off

Went into this place yesterday evening for first time to order and collect pizzas . It’s absolute disaster wherein we ordered Veg supreme and chicken tandoori. When we came back home and to our surprise we got both pizzas are chicken. Will never go to this place again. Called them to inform but they claim that’s what they see in the system .

Ordered pizza from here, one of them had a hair in it. I felt sick at the idea of what else I had eaten. I contacted the store instantly to ask for a refund for that pizza, they said they would send another. I said I didn’t want another. They sent out a driver to pick up the pizza with the hair in it. The driver took a picture and video of the pizza with the hair in it and took it and I never got a refund for it. A month later, stupidly I know, I ordered again having forgotten all about the previous month. There was a piece of plastic in the pizza, they refused to replace or refund again. I contacted customer service online with all the proof and they literally ignored me for 3 months. I contacted them on Twitter and they got customer service to reply to me on email, they asked me for proof again, nothing happened and they stopped replying again. I gave up. I contacted the food and safety agency and they said too much time had passed unfortunately for them to do anything. Wish I had read the reviews online before ordering from them!

Pizza never arrived, waited over two hours and the delivery driver claims he arrived but he couldn't ring my phone, so why not knock on the door. The guy in the shop said I'd get a refund but still nothing. Not trustworthy people there.
