Phoned for a delivery, manager tells us to use the app instead, as over the phone they don’t deliver to my postcode.. (not sure what difference that makes but w.e) order via the app, waited an hour & 20 mins to see ‘Delivered’ on the app, yet no missed calls or pizza. Phoned up, the lady said (without even checking who I was) that’s it’s on the way. We waited further & still nothing. 2nd call back, the manager says they tried to call us when they was outside but no one answered & now it’s too late to re-deliver? Obviously lies! To top it off they’re now saying I must wait 4 days before I can get a refund? Absolute madness, not sure that’s even legal. Bottom tier service & useless.. 2nd time this has happened from the same branch. Can also see from other reviews that they make a habit of it too.

Oana always serves me and is so lovely. She is an amazing front of house and credit to the brand. My food is always on time and delicious. They’ve never got my order wrong like other branches have done in the past. They seem to have a great team that keep the store very

Ordered food at midnight. Currently 1:46am no pizza and the apps telling me my food has been delivered. We called to try to get in touch with our driver the manager said he will sort it. Then calling him again he said the driver has been waiting for half an hour even though we didn’t get a single call.Avoid this place for sure

Been a customer for years here pizza quality and service has always been good. I recently had a bad experience with them on a busy Friday evening where I ordered my normal 2 pizzas and only one was ready I had to wait 45mins and then there was some confusion with the manager and I didn't want to take a cold pizza Home so declined the whole order. Refund wasn't actioned however they have called and apologise and said they will refund today it restores my faith in the store

I stopped ordering Dominos completely because the pizzas were always overcooked. Ordered today to see if anything has changed. It hasn't. Such a shame as many years back they were always excellent. The new fries are absolutely dreadful, taste just like oven chips from home at triple the price!

Always delivered quickly, fairly cheap with the offered deals, consistent good quality - and recently when we dropped a pizza after the delivery driver handed it to us (our fault and still edible) they still went back, cooked another one, and delivered it all without us asking!

Rude & unhelpful. Lied to me on two occasions regarding the location of the driver. Pizza arrived 2hrs after the order placed. Rang the place first and explained, and the response was 'so'Disgusting customer service, when delivered was tasteless and cold

First pizza came burnt, however they made amends and sent a better pizza. Giving 4 stars only because the delivery drivers were very nice :) The woman on the phone seemed like she was under a lot of stress but was very attentive.
