A disappointing visit… The food was fine, but very expensive for what it was.The staff were friendly when we spoke to them, however the overall service was poor. We waited 15 minutes before anyone came over to take a drinks order. Our sides arrived 10 minutes before our mains and were cold by the time our mains arrived.We asked for some mayo and ketchup, and had to ask a further two times as no one brought it over.Nobody came over to ask how the food was or if everything was ok, and you had to flag someone down if you needed something.The ladies toilets were absolutely filthy, as was the cutlery at our table.A 15% service charge was added to our bill and the service was awful… so I think to add a service charge, knowing you haven’t delivered good service is quite cheeky. I would never normally ask for a service charge to be removed, but on this occasion I did.I personally wouldn’t return, not because of the food but just because of the overall experience. If you’re going to charge higher prices because it is a Gordon Ramsey restaurant then the entire experience needs to warrant the higher price.

Food was okay but still a burger and in my opinion overpriced for what you get. £3.50 for a bottle of tap water, you got to be joking.The automatic service charge which you are assured goes to the staff is the killer and on top of an already expensive meal.The next step of the transaction they ask if you want to leave a tip! tip.....I thought I just did.I assume the staff enthusiasm is a reflection of the fact the service charge is automatic so no extra effort required and the atmosphere was nothing to write home about.We wont be back. It was a toss up between Nandis and this place, at least with Nandos you know exactly what you getting. Street Burger is anything but.....

Great food, tried the idiot burger, it was unique, juicy and delicious. The chips were unrivalled in crunch and flavour too. Great serving from the whole team especially Kaan! I would definitely recommend, it was a generous meal for a good price.
