This store is well laid out with a big floor space. It has minimal indoor seating (5 tables) . there is an island stand before the counter that sells pre packed pastries and buns. this island provides a perfect in - out queuing system.The food is tasty , and all staff are polite and helpful.

There are 3 Greggs in Reading, the other 2 the staff are friendly. This branch is absolutely opposite, young guy says by law he has to put lid on coffee...not true, major attitude problem, not happy in his work. Another older female staff member equally miserable. Consistently rude to the customers. Will go to the other 2 Greggs in the future! Hopefully manager deals with these desperately unhappy people!

I think legs need to do more things for people who are vegan. Yes, you've got a sausage roll. Yes, you've got the sausage. Bean bake. But what else do they do? I've never seen a vegan sandwich in there or vegan cake?
