First timer at any Greggs and got exactly what I expected. Good sandwich and decent coffee. Service was good and experience was fine overall.

Long queue but managed to be served in about five minutes.Bacon was not very warm and latte a bit watery but it's fairly cheap.Good location in Market Square, Reading not far from the station.

Staff work hard and always serve courteously. However the classic Greggs sausage roll is no more: on two separate visits, they have been grossly undercooked. Possibly a cost-saving order from above but sadly I shan’t be indulging again.

Such a rude lady… my son, who’s 5 years old was waiting in a queue for his sausage roll, he approach the counter few times while in the queue pointing, saying out loud that he is waiting for that sausage roll… and what the lady does when it’s finally our turn? She takes the last sausage roll left and place it for a delivery order! I asked her what is she doing, we were waiting in the queue all this time and she knew what we were waiting for… her reply was: we also have online orders, other batch will be ready in about 8 minutes… could not care less seeing how upset my boy was…

Placed an order about half hour ago which was delivered, I ordered through just eat. Yet everytime I order from just eat this one person keeps delivering, and my items are always missing. 2 hot chocolates were missing from my order, and I know that it would be impossible as a delivery driver to miss that, as it is their job to ensure the full order on the receipt is there. Today I recorded the person delivering my food with no explanation as to where the hot chocolates were, very suspicious! Probably sat in his car ready for him to enjoy 2 free drinks on me! Avoid ordering with just eat at all costs. Because their couriers are thieves! Also tried to ring Greggs myself but it seems someone purposely picks up the phone and then hangs up again ??♀️ so who’s the liar? We shall never know, but what I do know is, just eat won’t be getting a penny from me ever again.

This has got to be the dirtiest Greggs in the town if you actually look behind the till at the counters etc the place is a mess milk splatter all over the place just looks dirty the two lads working behind the till look like they are on pot (drugs) had to ask 3 times for a bag (talking English) to be honest clean the place have some pride in where you work p
