I'm very upset that this Greg's closed suddenly with no explanation. It was a good place to buy Greggs- I love the vegan sausage rolls, also chips, sandwiches etc. Hot chocolate, drinks etc Nice area to sit also. Lose to the area and lost at least 1 customer. Food,service etc variable depended on people. I went to tesco to check does not closeMake sure support local shops, restaurants to ensure stay open.

Annoying because I come here regularly but I ordered Two large coffees and one came less than half full. I called up and they said “I don’t know what to tell you I pressed large” utter laziness, you can tell when a drink it under portioned but yet still send it out and just hope they won’t realise.No offer to come back for a replacement or anything I had to ask for it myself. I had an appointment so I didn’t bother to go back.Disappointing quality and service.

I walked into the store to order some food and one of your members of staff was coughing alot constantly then she didn't wash or hands or wear gloves whilst she touched all my food so I won't be coming back

Very unhygienic. Bought a bacon and sausage baguette from here and the lady picked it up without gloves and used her bare hands so i told her i didn't want it. This needs to be addressed urgently.
