What a wonderful night on 23 march , 2024 . We came to see Abba for our hen party. The food and and service was excellent . Staff came to find us as as we hadnt arrived at the start of the show. Unfortunately had to leave before the end of the show as we had to catch the last train home. It was an amazing night.

Massive empty venue.. seems to me machines are set on low payouts unless you are a new customer ... with happy smiles nd hope you win ... but always stalking ...Roulette tables .. let me say..Apart part from BRUNO a really good people manager .... yess Im going to say .. "NOT FIXED" ... changing dealers when someone wins .. mmmm??Its all FXD on tables

Had works presentation, easy parking and sign in. Staff were friendly & explained layout of venue ie conference room, toilets, smoking area/terrace etc. Service was prompt & food very tasty.

Really enjoyed our visit to the casino and the restaurant.The food cooked by head chef Mr Ahmed was spot on! By far the best food we have had, well seasoned and allot of flavour! Food came very quickly. We can’t sing any higher praises to Mr Ahmed and his staff.10* rating!

Be aware of the parking space, I was told it was okay to park on the Carpark next to it but end up paying fine.
I went to Grosvenor Casino Reading with a group of 8 friends. We were all looking forward to spending a fun Sunday out, but we were disappointed with our experience.The first thing we noticed was that the rooms were very hot. We were all sweating within minutes of entering the casino. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the staff did not seem to be aware of the problem.We also found that the casino was not very inviting to play. The stakes were too high, and we felt like we were being pressured to play the games that the casino wanted us to play.We ended up leaving after only an hour. We were all disappointed with our experience, and we would not recommend Grosvenor Casino Reading to others.Here are some suggestions for improvement:Fix the air conditioning.Make the stakes for other games more accessible.Create a more inviting atmosphere for players who want to try different games.

Very friendly staff make you feel welcomed!Just the food needs a slight improvement, ofc not expecting 5 star cuisine, but the food week on week is very inconsistent from being well overcooked and under seasoned to very good.
