Sometimes finishing work late at 10 PM, I dicide to pop in and get something to eat, by the time it takes me to get here from work, at around 10:30-10:45PM, they are always closed, although it says online and on their front door they are open until 11PM.When this happened, popped in to McDonald’s next to this KFC and they are more than happy to serve me at the drive through.I won’t complain about anything else, don’t expect a fine dining experience, it’s just a fast food joint, but at least stay open until you say you’re open.

My recent visit to KFC was marred by a frustrating experience that contradicted the idea of fast food. Upon arrival, I found the restaurant deserted with no one at the counter. Two other customers who came later received their food before me, which was infuriating. The most aggravating part, however, was the excessive wait time for my supposedly fast food order.While KFC's food quality remains good, this visit left me with a negative impression due to slow service, disorganisation, and a disregard for the order of customers. Fast food should prioritise convenience and speed, but this experience failed to deliver on those expectations.

Usually the better KFC in the area but looks like it is going the same way as all the others. Service slow and then on getting food home items missing or incorrect. This meant it became a very expensive waste of food and still hungry kids not worth battling back through Saturday traffic to try and get rectified.

What a shambles. Ordered at 4:30 pm and delivered 6:15. Missing one of the meals and cold. No answer in the phone. Pathetic . 2 hungry kids ine without a meal. DISGRACE

Had a delivery this evening. Ordered a fillet tower burger meal and mega bucket for one. Food tasted average, and presentation….my burger was like it was just flung together, hardly any sauce or lettuce and the mega bucket came in a bag instead, did you run out of buckets? No napkins either.

Popped in here when shopping for some lunch for the kids. Atrocious place, considering it’s so new. The tables are filthy, floors are a mess, there were no napkins to even wipe our own table. Only 3 high chairs, which doesn’t seem many compared to all other food establishments especially when busy. Poor attitude from staff who could not care less. The deliveroo drivers kept flooding in, so clearly they rely on external business. The toilets were disgraceful. No toilet paper and 2 of 3 sinks had no soap, so dread to think what the hygiene is like here.Why do we settle for such poor standards and service? An independent restaurant wouldn’t survive with such standards, but they’re relying on the KFC name.First and last time visiting this KFC. Good luck if you visit, bring your own napkins.

This is my closest KFC and I keep forgetting how bad the service is. Last visit they forgot to add my 4 bags of fries to by bucket meal and I only realised once home and unpacked the bag. Kids meal was supposed to be in a fun box, but they used a bag and regular cup so nothing special for the child. I wish I could say this is an isolated incident, but it's happened before. In future will be driving a bit further to the Reading stadium where there's a much better KFC.

The tortilla was also light and flaky, and it held everything together perfectly.I would definitely recommend the Twister Wrap to anyone looking for a delicious and convenient fast food option. It's a great way to get your fix of KFC without having to sit down for a full meal.

waited a while for the food and customer service was really non existent, food could have been fresher chicken wings were dry and the coating was almost a dark brown colour as if over cooked.

One of the worst KFC I have been to. I was in shock looking at the surrounding and conditions and the carelessness of the staff members standing with folded hands. The entire place was like a junkyard full of mess, dirty tables, overflowing bins. The floor was dirty and the tables were not clean to even sit down. I have a 2 month old baby and my wife asked the counter to give some towels to clean the table and only then did the person come and clean one table. See the pictures attached. This was because we went at 9:30 and the restaurant was closing at 11. They were waiting to clean once and for all before close. At around 10pm the person started cleaning and put chairs up like they are closed. This is absolute laziness and disgrace to the kfc brand. The owner should take action against this or kfc should look into this matter.
Every single time something is forgotton, twice my sauce was not packed and a popcorn chicken also missing. You expect to get what you paid for. Not impressed!

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to, They have hardly any staff, they always forgot something in your order like sauces or sometimes an whole meal and when you call KFC they just say its not their problem so you have to go back and order it again with is also a waste of money and one times my dad ordered from the machine thingy and he ordered a burger 10 minutes later they tell us that they don't have it even thou my dad already paid for it so we wasted his money normally it should already tell you on the machine that it is unavailable. (At least Its halal and clean) If your looking for a good KFC to go to don't come here and go to the one in oracle its way much better :)
