I order our meals at the drive in. I went to pay and the guy didn't put the ice tea that I previously ordered aneven asked if was everything inside before go. I didn't give the receipt as well. Buns were stone

Went through the drive through Oxford rd Reading…chicken burger was nice although the portion of chips was appalling the bag was half empty and they were covered in black pepper …WHY black pepper??? I will be asking for a replacement when I return !

No different to most KFC in the countryThey insist on you using the self ordering service which can get frustrating when you're not used to it.However I also wanted a Tea which I could not find so the server told me to order and pay at the till !!ConfusedFood is good and the place is clean and tidy

Terrible. Food had been bagged up and sat under the heater, tasted and looked like it had been there for a few hours. Ordered a large fries, was given two small bags instead (!) probably for convenience of serving quick (wasn’t even busy) and a small portion consisted of a small handful of chips! Ordered a wrap which was half the size of a normal kfc wrap, hardly any salad and looked really sorry for itself, served in a bag not cardboard wrap box. Soft drinks were already pre-poured, were luke warm sat on the counter ready to be handed out. Order was ready for collection instantly after ordering which set off alarm bells! All in all, this restaurant didnt feel like it was being run as a legit KFC. Can only assume the staff had the restaurant set up to try and make some money in their own pockets by serving smaller portions and pre-served food to save time (it wasn’t busy at all!). Toilets not open either. Avoid.

Going to KFC used to be a treat, not so now, greasy chicken, minimum so called chips dirty tables and no condiments.Perhaps I am too old to go to fast food restaurants. I thought some standards were a given.

I am absolutely fuming, i ordered a boneless box and waited 10 minutes for my order, fair enough it was quite busy but that is not my point.They’ve missed out my garlic mayo dip which i paid 40p for, they didn’t give me my drink i had to go up and ask for it, they didn’t give me gravy and gave me sweetcorn instead. What if i was deathly allergic to corn? absolutely no respect or thought behind what they’re doing here, they should’ve consulted with me first. So not only was my meal 10 whopping great british pounds but they’ve missed half of me bleeding order out!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The Manager/ Supervisor, she could do with a class or two in manners and hospitality 6th oct drive through ordered zinger burger meal, the chicken was very soggy and falling apart went back to complain and was told that is how kfc is. The lady lacks basic manners forget about

For me there is a correlation of eating the food here and having awful stomach symptoms for the next few days. I leave it awhile, doubt myself that it is this place, come back then I'm out of action for a few days. Love kfc but never getting it from this location again.
