Always mess the order up even when it's quiet and not busy staff are always rude and overall a unpleasant experience, always told to "Park up" even when nobody else is even there not busy and the bin lady argues with the bin in Spanish and the food always gives me runny

A recent convert to Macdonalds. Haven't been for years. The Reading restaurant near J12 is very good. Fries, a salad, tea or coffee with a McChicken sandwich is my preference.

Shocking!!! Waited ages for service in the drive through . Get home to find my chicken select box was full of cheese dippers .. I'm lactose !! No recipt in bag so couldnt go back and no answer when i tried to call Wouldn't go here again if you paid me !! Shocking !!

Forgot to order mango and passion fruit smoothie happy to pay at the end in the drive thru .. manager says her till is down and I cannot pay there when I have done this before at other McDonald's no problems as the card machine is portable. She tells me it is quiet and to drive back around ( waste petrol and time - very thoughtful on the environment!!)or go inside even.Chips were Luke warm and very unevenly salty and my nuggets was cold !!!! Batter separating from the chicken ... If it's quiet why is my food coming out cold ... I appreciate it's fast food but not cold food on top of that as per usual no serviettes... I wouldn't usually complain but if the manager says it's quiet , I'm expecting better

The food is okay if you get it yourself. I will be never ordering for a delivery ever again as the food is either cold or missing items. Latest was drinks spilled over food and it was the staffs fault as they put the wrong lids on the cups.

Food was fine but there were 10 cars waiting in the car park for drive thru orders. For a simple bacon roll meal order having to wait 10 minutes in the car park when you expect a ‘drive thru’ experience is absolute madness. People were getting their orders quicker walking in and out of the shop. Sort it
