Really busy had to park up to wait for our meal. Member of staff brought out our meal to which our receipt blow away (not an issue). But when we got home our 20 nugget meal only had 16 nuggets. Phoned to complain but was told nothing can be done without a receipt???

The service was quick I must say when I ordered to my car. The atmosphere inside is good & one thing I noticed drive thru was packed and cars were at a standstill for quite a long time.If I were you I’d recommend ordering in store or to your vehicle. Avoid drive thru if you are in a rush. Or you’ll be sat in standstill traffic like it’s M25

The most incompetent McDonalds if you want half your order to be missing this is your place. Multiple times they have missed off items from my order today I got home to find a chicken big Mac was missing. I now am £4 worse off with a unhappy wife who had nothing for dinner.
