I and my friends usually visit here. Everything was perfect as always but food they served today was totally ice cold and asked them to reheat it again but got back cold again and the things from the burger was running out. Not happy with food served

False advertisement. Happy meal did in fact, not make me happy. Neither did the wait time, or having our tray of foodpractically dropped down onto our table by the staff ?

Lovely mcdonald's here . Fantastic staff and food was piping hot when it came to our table. Its right by all the other restaurants and shopping centre. Lots of seats in there and it's a big store . I would definitely go here again when I come back to reading next year.
The location of McDonald's in Reading is right by the Oracle Riverside and is stunning. The staff are courteous as always, the food and service very good. The toilets were filthy and management must do something about it.
