the food took 40 minutes to just be “delivered”. Was apparently out for delivery for that time, while taking 20 minutes to make. Food was freezing cold and i would not recommend ordering from here.

We have to order over the phone as our address doesn't appear valid for delivery on any of our local sites, but we always get excellent service when we do. Never had a problem with delivery or food quality, and I've always had friendly service. 5/5 would

Placed an order at 9:58pm. The website tracking wasn't working so decided to call the store so I could confirm whether the order was actually placed. Called several times, but they just didn't answer the phone. The store closes at 11pm so they had enough time. You better look somewhere else.

Absolutely awful customer service and poor tasting food.Waited an hour 25 for a single pizza to arrive. When it did come it was luke warm as if it had been made and left out for ages. Every time I called for an update I was told different things such as delay is due to road works, or shortage of drivers - not convinced any of this is true.Save your money and go domino’s, defo won’t be ordering from this store again!

I can say that this branch is a disappointment. The souse and the topping start like 3 cm from the edge, added extras - I don’t think anyone noticed that,as pizza looked the same.

Ordered 3 different occasions, a pizza with bbq drizzle. Never got bbq drizzle yet that is classed as a topping. For £1.70 a topping very disappointing

Awful experience. Ordered an hour ago tried to call restaurant numerous times and had no answer. My partner had to go to the store in the end to be told our order had not even been started yet. Will not be ordering again.
Poor staff management- no one took my order waited there for 20 minutes then walked out!! Looks like the person in charge couldn’t manage well as she was on the phone explaining to people why they having to wait for they pizza for an hour two people had a refund in front of me- taking this matter to the big bosses

?????????5/06/2022. at 8.15 p.m. I called the person who took the orders when I was giving the post code disconnected leaky !! and the second time when I called, ????????he pretended that he didn't understand me, he doesn't speak English !!!! The worst store I've ever dealt with is talking rude. better avoid this store !!!!! the people who work there are ?????very rude !!!

the ingredients are really tasty without the greasyness of Dominos. The dough has a slight chew to it, which I actually like, making it feel more like properly made dough. I love the Chicken popers although they could have more flavour to distinguish between the different types. Its always hot when we get it too and it arrives in good time.

Online payment went through but the order didn't, nobody's fault of course. But the staff in the store had no knowledge of any procedure, who and where to call to address this issue and get a refund. I assume they couldn't be bothered.Attitude of disturbed teenage boy, ZERO skills ?♀️
