ATTENTION!! Misleading the customers. They show the price of normal Unleaded fuel E10 on Big Digital Panel outside but at pumps they have E5 V-power which is more expensive. I haven't seen a single sign to specify that and I had to pay with almost £10 more than normal.

A small, no-frills petrol station. A decent shop, with friendly, helpful staff. There's a tyre pressure machine, a car wash and a cashpoint.

Misleading customers by displaying the price for Unleaded, but selling premium unleaded

Had cause to come in here for diesel in my coach, friendly, helpful guy on duty.

They try to trick customers into buying far more expensive fuel by not making the cheaper version available at every pump. Be warned and double check before you fill up your tank!

A convenient small, local Shell petrol station along the Reading Bridge side of Caversham on George Street. Friendly & helpful staff. No pay at pump but quick and easy inside. Small shop with a few items, mainly confectionery, essentials, some liquor - good if you’ve run out of milk but no dinner options, for example. Cash point outside to the right of the shop, Amazon lockers (tend to be full), and car hire behind. Costa self serve machine inside. Tends to be quiet, so a quick refill job. 6 or so pumps, with diesel or petrol (no options). There’s a strip of residents-only parking parallel on George Street, other than weekday 2 hour return. Often full as residents parking is busy/ oversubscribed in the area.

BE AWARE. They only have two hoses per pump, one is for diesel, the other is for unleaded - however, most of the unleaded pumps are 'v power' rather than normal unleaded. The 'v power' is a lot more expensive. It is a very confusing setup, and when I queried it, the staff member didn't seem surprised, so I suspect it is set up like this deliberately. As I was leaving, another lady had almost been caught out in the same way.

The number 1 petrol station in Reading. Staff are very humble and friendly and helpful plus shell fuels are better than BP and Esso. Also nice car wash around the back which is half price tues wed thurs

I was told of by one of the cashier - Nallthamby- today at 12pm that I have to wear face mask - I do have medical conditions which does not allow me to wear face mask which I informed staff about, however he answered that ''we are not in Europe' you have to wear mask' (???). It would be great to make your staff aware that UK is in Europe and some people can’t wear a face mask or covering because of a disability or severe distress. Not every disability is visible... I am absolutely disappointed.

My car was badly scratched by the jet wash. At the time of this incident another car driver was reporting damage to his car courtesy of the car wash and the car hoover facility was out of commission. The company via an attendant said it was my fault, they are not responsible. Make your own mind up.
