I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been going to this Shell for over 3 years, and have always filled up my car here. My house & car was broken into this morning, and I spent a very stressful and upsetting morning in the police station. I went to the petrol station to put my last bit of money into my car for my daughters neurosurgery appointment in Oxford but I completely forgot that I’d cancelled all cards and was locked out of my banking. I even tapped my card thinking I had money, and yet Varantha or Vathanar, whatever his name is; thought it would be appropriate to shout at me and say that I knew I had no money, and that I’d done this on purpose. Despite me offering to come back the next morning to pay. He was horrible, intimidating and frankly, a downright rude horrible human being. He had absolutely zero customer service skills, and quite frankly no common decency. He threatened me with the police multiple times despite me telling him he could take my driving license and that I was going to come back. He accused me of wanting to give him fake details despite him having my driving license and the reg of my car. When I went back in to pay after my mum helped me out with her card, I asked him for an apology, and told him he had no right to speak to anyone like that, and that he intimidated me and that’s not okay, just for him to try and back track and argue with me.Bottom line is, I made a mistake, I’m fully aware of that and took accountability for it. But you do not get to treat people like dirt on the bottom of your shoe because of a mistake. It costs nothing to be kind, and have some human decency.

The Staff here are, friendly, polite and always helpful. I've been using the shop daily for the past 14 months. Dhiren, does a very good job he's always welcoming and willing to help. The only inconvenience, has been during delivery times, when the till resets. Other than that, it's always a pleasure to use the services provided. The five stars are for all of the staff.

Always a warm welcome from the staff, not something you find in every petrol station. A good range or snacks drinks and sweets always available. Does it's best to compete on price with the nearby Tesco petrol station.

Its a petrol station so not much to review. Staff was polite. Fuel price on the day was bit higher than elsewhere for V Power petrol (normally use Tesco Super unleaded momentum) but all in all, ok experience.

The only downside to this fuel station is the size: the small forecourt makes the entrance and exit rather tricky and the small shop has limited space compounded by Covid restrictions. What really counts is the fact that this is a very well maintained, clean establishment with friendly and helpful staff.
Very clean and spacious layout . Large well stocked shop . Just have one EV charge point for a busy store like this. Should have at least 3 chargers.

HelloThis one only for night shift ⛔?Day time never have problem,Night time, lazy staff, petrol pump open but they say we are closed for cleaning, i have to go to other one, all so they don't give a change, like 2 penc, small things but it's rude, i don't want to come here again night time ⛔⛔⛔???
