Have charging points very handy. Everybody chilling. Staff look good in green aprons with Starbucks logo. Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me a lot with my coins. Music really good. Table and chairs nice.,very clean. Good visibility from windows. Ambient lighting. Good screens. Smiley staff. Good selection of food but nothing slimming world friendly. Unless you use lots of syns. This Branch is one of Starbucks bigger stores, and is located at the bottom end of Broad street leading to Market place, and opposite the Oracle shopping centre.There are an assotment of circular and square wooden tables, plus a large conference style table in the middle of store. The chairs are all wooden, however they are comfortable to sit on.All staff are polite and helpful, always willing to bring food and drink to your table upon request.

So yesterday I tried the coffee from Starbucks and I am extremely disappointed with the quantity of coffee with the price of coffee being so high I was expecting the coffee to be more for a medium one plus it was cold it was barely hot …taste wise it was good no doubt …I request them to give the quantity more for a medium and serve hot .

The young girl with dark skin and curly hair needs training in customer service. She shouldn't be sending away customers just because she's chatting non-sense with her colleague. Very poor customer service.

So I have been to many Starbucks over the years. I wanted to put that in context before I said this. This is one of the nicest Starbucks that I have ever visited! It is located on the north side of the cobblestone walking part of Broad Street. It is a corner store and has large windows along both sides of the store. The inside of the store has more and more types, of seating than I have seen in other stores. It has light wood floors, comfortable chairs, and various table chair combinations. The store was very inviting and clean although busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The counter is located along the east side of the store in the standard store configuration. The menu is behind the counter and they had a good collection of food and drinks that you would expect at these stores. You order at one end of the counter and pay and your drinks are delivered at the other end. I got an iced tea and was pleased with the results. Overall it was a very pleasant experience that I would recommend to travellers in the area both as a respite from a busy travel day or just a place to get a good relaxing drink. Enjoy!
