Unfortunately I was unable to purchase a coffee in this establishment. As a result of rudeness from staff manager. In his empty Starbucks . At around lunch time says it all. In short I decided to have coffee my friend did not know we where going to . Whilst fumbling for his mask was told first by members. Must put it on before entering. Crazy didnt get chance to breathe. I explained there communication skills need refinement. Totally unacceptable I left. At this stage wont be returning

Plastic wasters! Extremely disappointed to see the barista, screw his face up at me in disgust (expecting me to share his opinion) at the lady behind me in the queue asking for a paper cup / tea mug for her water as her grand daughter is try to have a plastic free week. Given the impact Starbucks has on plastic waste, I am extremely disappointed at the reaction to a child trying to achieve sustainability for her future. Utter disgrace. The man should be ashamed.

Dirty and quality of drinks sub standard. Very few covers available to eat, many occupied by people that have purchased anything. A shame as this is a great location.

Over priced average coffee, like a cattle market staff want your money and you get handed a cup of hot sludge. Your paying for the name not a good coffee.

Standard judgemental classless snobs. I was treated as care in the community for coming in wearing my work clothes. Not impressed. Good coffee , though. Feel sorry for the guy who served me. And whom he has to deal with.
