The server was extremely rude, shooting dirty looks at my heavily pregnant Fiancée. Dropped meat in other food containers and decided to just throw it back in with the rest of the meat. She left my sub in the toaster and just watched it for a while after it had finished toasting. Gave us barely any salad and then tried overcharging me for my order.

Limited veggie and vegan options. I asked if they had the fake meat and was told no... saw it on the menu after I paid. I absolutely hate that I have to say - more lettuce please, more, more. A sprinkle of lettuce isn't good enough. They always skimp on the cheapest ingredients. Overpriced for a sandwich.

I cannot thank the manager and his team enough for the service they gave. I ran a coach trip to Cardiff and provided Subways for lunch. The manager took real care of the order, providing advice to improve the order and even bringing in staff specially to make sure it was as fresh as possible. The food tasted delicious. Will be returning next time I have a big (or small) order for sure.Dietary restrictions: Very careful to ensure your dietary needs are met
